New and innovative strategic plans from RTA and Metra, CMAP's Plan of Action for Regional Transit, and legislation sponsored by State Sen. Ram Villivalam and Rep. Eva-Dina Delgado to consolidate the RTA and its three service boards are all bold steps to leverage the moment to fundamentally rethink how we deliver mobility in Northeast Illinois.
