Speaker: Bob Staed – Contracts: Key Provisions and How to Negotiate Them This session will identify the key provisions on Engineering Contract that create risk and will discuss strategies to navigate those risks.   Speaker: Reid Just & Shawn Goodman – Risk Drivers: Understanding the Dynamics of Risk in the Design Industry This seminar reveals the nature of risk and examines how economic trends impact design professionals. Attendees will learn how to address some of the specific challenges in today’s marketplace, such as profitability and scope, quality and staff management.
