Speaker: Bob Staed – Contracts: Key Provisions and How to Negotiate Them This session will identify the key provisions on Engineering Contract that create risk and will discuss strategies to navigate those risks.   Speaker: Reid Just & Shawn Goodman – Risk Drivers: Understanding the Dynamics of Risk in the Design Industry This seminar reveals the nature of risk and examines how economic trends impact design professionals.
